The dream is a 12-acre Center of Practical Arts for adults with special needs located in the heart of Phelan, CA. A day program specializing in practical arts education will allow participants to graduate into paid work at the facility or elsewhere. A 40-unit residential facility will allow high-functioning adults with special needs to live in a unique community close to school, work, and downtown food and shopping.
